Through the contact form we may process:

• telephone number
• company name, if provided
• message content
• any other information you voluntarily provide

We process personal data to:

• receive and handle your message or inquiry
• contact you in response
• provide an answer, technical information or a quotation
• communicate with you prior to entering into a potential business relationship

4. Legal basis

We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), primarily Article 6(1)(b) where an inquiry relates to entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) based on our legitimate interest in handling ordinary communications and inquiries. Processing via the standard contact form is therefore generally not based on separate consent.

5. Retention period

We retain data only for the time needed to handle your message and follow-up communication, for a maximum of 12 months after the communication has ended, unless a legal or business relationship requires longer retention.

Data may be made available to contracted service providers providing the following services:

10. Automated decision-making and profiling

Contact-form data is not subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling.
